Analysis of Deixis on Whatsapp Conversation Between Postgraduate Student and Lecturers

This current study aims at seeking the type of deixis often used by postgraduate student and lecturers. The writer applied a descriptive qualitative research method to explore phenomena on lecturer interaction. Five conversations were collected from students in which text message or his Screen shots each conversation was taken so as use it is WhatsApp. Then, those analyzed Levinson theory. revealed that occurrences person address terms prevalently committed. As conclusion, results this might become insight for know its type.
